Insurance and Payment Policy

Payment for professional services is due at the time they are rendered, including deductibles, co-insurance and co-payments for insurance group healthcare plans. We will be happy to file all insurance claims if you provide us with the necessary information. We do accept Medicare assignment. If you are a member of an HMO or PPO plan, please let us know when you call for an appointment, so we can verify our participation. Please contact us for current insurance plans accepted.
